for every targeted individual who are especially NEETs and youth unemployment. The main targets of our project are that i) enhancing job satisfaction, the key role to determine one’s life satisfaction, ii) providing young job seekers and NEETs directions for their career, iii) Helping workers more engaged in their jobs and workplaces, iv) decreasing companies’ cost by reducing bad hiring, v) contribution to practice and literature. In many areas of research and practice, the greatest task of the present age is to introduce technologies and verified theories by technologies. Among the many technologies, the technology that may best represent the current era is artificial intelligence (AI). AI is an intelligent tool that can perform courses of action to distinguish between different environments and enable them to achieve predetermined goals (Oana, Cosmin, & Valentin, 2017). However, the studies employing AI are quite limited. Some of them, Paparrios et al (2011), Razak et al (2014), Amalis et al (2015), and Jain and Kakkar (2019) use AI to recommend suitable jobs for individuals. Similarly, the studies appling AI in Turkey are scarce, which includes Yıldız (2005), Erkalan et al (2012), Öztürk (2014), Bulut and Bozyılan (2016), and Akgün (2019). Accordingly, our project intends to contribute to the literature by using AI for job recommendation, and to create an opportunity to go one step further in the recruiting field. The project also considers the effects of Covid-19 recession on the labor market. The World Economic Forum (2020) states that technological adoption by companies will transform tasks, jobs, and skills by 2025. In the Future of Jobs Survey, 94% of business leaders report that they expect employees to pick up new skills on the job, a sharp uptake from 65% in 2018. The project attempts to realize the training programmes that aim to feed into skills of participants of this project so that at least 50 people match with the labor market appropriately.
