The objective was, to create a blended course for school leaders to improve their professional performance and also to establish a learning environment for those who want to become a leader, a web platform with modules for learning and studying was uploaded and face-to- face courses added. These outcomes are available, the products are ready for dissemination. Under the topic" leadership in schools" the partners compared the situation in the countries involved and created an excellent data base of the State of the Art.
The webpage being the core outcome is hosted by one of the partners and is integrated into his own website. This is not only lack of identity for the project, sometimes the user feels unsafe whether or not he is still on the project's website or already on the one maintained by the partner as contents are quite similar. Access to the lNebpage is complicated and does not encourage participation. Participants reported technical problems with the platform.
