Abstract
Water-distilled essential oils from underground parts of Orthurus heterocarpus (Rosaceae) were analyzed by capillary GC and GC/MS. Twenty-nine components representing >99% of the oils were characterized, with eugenol (93.01–95.49%) being the major component. © 1994 Allured Publishing Corp.
