Abstract

In this study, first of all the concept of mobbing was defined and development of concept mentioned. Secondly, the effects of mobbing for women in the work situtations were discussed. Lastly, a measurement scale was developed based on the works of Leymann. Measurement scale was transformed into a questionnaire form with the help of experts. A total of 50 women interviewed who works in Anadolu University Communication Sciences Faculty. Results are analysed by suitable statistical technics and interpretations were made according to aim of study
