Abstract
Water distillation of the air-dried aerial parts of Micromeria fruticosa subsp. serpyllifolia yielded 0.65% essential oil containing pulegone (33.4%) and piperitenone (33.1%) as main constituents. Forty-nine constituents making up 93% of the oil were identified by GC and GC/MS analysis. © 1993 Allured Publishing Corp.
