Özet

When information, which lies within the findamental existence of the concept of and need for communication and which could be considered as one of the most crucial components, is involved in the system as a means rather than as an end, the greatest support for social development will be achieved. Depending upon this basic point, mass media shouldn't be considered as a judicial platform making judgment decisions when similar implementations are evaluated within media's domain, where the biggest information flow occurs all over the country or the society. Questioning whether a media environment dominated by an understanding of journalism of principle and of responsibility exists or not means defining how media, occasionally, manipulates and presents non-existing situations and finally providing old or nezo examples of the needs of all the employees in media to adopt self-control mechanism through ethical principles.
