Abstract

The success of businesses depends on managers decision making process and managing these processes effectively. Managers have to consider some dynamics which have. effects on decision making process. One of the dynamics is strategic consensus. The aim of this study is defining strategic consensus concept and investigating the relationship between consensus and decision making and organizational performance.
