Özet

This chapter explores the convergence of Lab on Chip (LOC) technologies with green miniaturized approaches, emphasizing sustainability and environmental consciousness in the design and implementation of microscale laboratories. With a growing demand for portable and eco-friendly diagnostic tools, researchers are increasingly integrating green principles into the fabrication of LOC devices. This chapter reviews the use of biodegradable materials, energy-efficient microfluidics, solar-powered microsystems, and waste reduction strategies in the context of LOC. The application of these green miniaturized technologies is discussed, with a focus on healthcare, including point-of-care diagnostics and personalized medicine. As the field progresses, the potential impact of these innovations on environmental conservation and healthcare accessibility becomes increasingly evident, signaling a promising future for sustainable LOC technologies.
