The latest advancements in green miniaturized systems for point-of-care (POC) applications processes are propelled through a number of notable advantages. These include significant decrease in sample, solvent, and reagent volumes. Additionally, the incorporation of 2- and 3-dimensional channels layouts in miniaturized systems facilitates the efficient integration of multiple sample processing modules into a single chip. This integration greatly mitigates concerns related to sample loss and contamination. This chapter focuses on recent progress in the development of green miniaturized technologies such as lab-on-a chips (LOCs), microfluidic paper-based analytical devices (μPADs) and miniaturized electrochemical sensors and their POC applications. Following an introduction part highlighting the POC testing as well as the significance and advantages of miniaturized systems, the chapter explores green properties of miniaturized technologies in the next section. The subsequent section delves into the POC applications of green miniaturized technologies. Finally, the chapter concludes with a summary and outlines future perspectives.
