After the collapse of the Soviet Union, the void that emerged within the field of international law is started to being filled with the 'chance discoveries' of the legal theory and within this context the three main discoursive lanes are put to work within the production process that is appropriate to the new situation that emerged. Mese discursive lanes are gaining specific class context within the new situation aforementioned and the Thought concerned the international law is emerging within the discourses provided with the given class context. The functions of the makin axis's that can be called Bourgeois-cosmopolitan, Territorial and State-Centered is being determined under the specific conditions of the Post-Soviet era. Within this context an understanding of a discourse of law is making imperative to look for the objective relations formed by it in its extra-discursive plane.
