Özet

This study is about the new concept of public relations is corporate social responsibility and training project of babysitters working at home. Business firms, many other corporations and especially universities are responsible for the development of their environment in terms of education, health, socio economic status, standards of living. etc. Because of that corporations are supposed to aware of the problems in society and they have to use their sources to solve these problems., One of the most important problems is related to children's daily care in our society. Especially between the ages of 0-6, physical, social and psychological satisfaction of needs is the key factor for the personality development. As it is known, today in our society the daily care service is given by the women have no professional education. Most of these women working at home for daily care of the children are no specific information concerning the children development, nutrition, hygiene, communication, sexual education of the child, first aid techniques etc. Due to the fact that in this project, 2 training programs were organized and 57 women were trained. After completion of training program, the researchers interviewed with the participants and the results were analyzed in terms of descriptive analysis.
