This article facuses on the media contents from the point of view of what the readers, spectators or customers of the media do with the media contents. This descriptive study dealing with the uses and gratifications approach in the communication literature. and the total quality approach in the business management and organization literature, defines the costumer centered publishing or broadcasting.
