Özet

The purpose of this study is to determine the opinions of vocational high schools teachers on school culture. The research was conducted by the use of survey method. 200 teachers among two different state vocational high schools in Kütahya were the sample group of the study. 51 percent of the gathered data was used in the analysis. The technique of means was used to analyse the data to determine the opinions of teachers. "Independent Sample T Test" and "One-Way ANOVA" were used in order to determine the statistical differences between the ideas of teachers according to independent variables such as experience and sex. The results revealed that, generally "middling level" successful in school culture. The opinions of teachers show a difference with respect to the independent variables such as experience; but it shows no difference with respect to the sex variables.
