Özet

Given the rapidly increasing competition among organizations of today's business world, the basis on which superiority in competition is based has been changing. The organizations with strong organizational culture and an effective organization communication system do not have problems in the flow of information, which in turn influences organizational loyalty and job satisfaction of employees in a positive way and proviaes competitive superiority to organization. This research aims to examine the impact of the relationship between organizational culture and organizational communication on organizational loyalty and job satisfaction in Basari Technical Service Co. with the participation of staff of Basari Technical Service Co. In the research, the level of adoption of organizational culture by employees and the views of employees about efficiency of organizational communication system, job satisfaction and organizational loyalty is analysed by the questionnaire applied to employees.
