Özet
In this study, some aryl naphtho[2,1-b] furan-2-yl ketoximes and their ethers and esters were synthesised. The structure elucidation of the compounds was performed by IR, H-1-NMR and MASS spectroscopic data and elemental analyses results. Antifungal activities of the compounds were tested against Candida albicans (two strains), Candida glabrata, Candida tropicalis and Candida parapsilosis using a microbroth dilution technique. The results showed that the compounds displayed minimum inhibitory concentrations, 7.8-625 mu g/mL.
