Özet
Determining the most suitable PSAP to forward a specific emergency call can be challenging. A situation where location data is unavailable during call setup could occur, for instance, during an emergency call made via a VoIP service or a satellite phone. In regions where sending an SMS to 112 is impossible, these services can also help send an SMS requesting emergency assistance. The first responder to an emergency phone or text message will identify the caller, the sort of service needed, the location, and the nature of the problem. The calling device or network can automatically determine the location, or the caller can manually specify the area needing assistance. After gathering and analyzing all relevant data, the TPSP will notify the appropriate PSAP. Healthcare communications and emergency call systems encompass a range of equipment and accessories, including nurse calls, doctor paging, room monitoring, patient monitoring, and access control.
