The day that Erasmus program started in Turkey in 2004 Anadolu, University was one of the first fifteen universities in Turkey to be a participant in the program. Music department in Anadolu University started to use the program in 2006. The department is extending its partners almost every six months. That means students and teaching staff have many options to exchange and explore different educational systems and cultures. Learning about other countries' educational systems may have many effects on teaching staff. In other words, this experience can change or effect teachers' approach to education.
