College students are in a transition period in which there are dynamic developmental changes occured between the late adolescence and the young adulthood. During college years students are expected to complete the developmental tasks belonging to adolescence and achieve the roles belonging to young adulthood at same time. For most students college life provides a lot of new experiences such as living away from family, manage a budget, build up trustful social relations and engagement in a mature romantic relationship. On the other hand every students attending to the college, have a great career goals for the future. This overall characteristics of college, not only provides freedom but also require responsibility. Therefore college students spend a great effort to fill up both developmental and academical needs together. Hovewer, adjustment to college life can be hard for some students. Every year, many college student suffer from adjustment problems attending to counseling centre for psychological support. In this context this study is aiming to investigate the role of social connectedness and locus of control on the college students' life satisfaction. 400 college student were participated to this study and spss packet program was used for data analysis. The findings were discussed in terms of the importance of college students' psychological and academic development. After all the suggestions were revealed for facilitate the all aspects of college students development.
