After industrial revolution, raise in the immigration to city centers caused squatter problem in out of the city that increased rapidly. Urban fabric had nonhomogenous view as new settlements that built with new technological developments and the other settlements that built by human with their own opportunities. Urban transformation projects became important to prevent this problem that caused degeneration in urban fabric. Although urban transformation projects are positive about saving back the degenerated areas to the city, it couldn't be successful because of not being inconvenience for the social sustainability criterion.
