Recently, the number of online education foundations is increasing. Also, the number of students is inevitably increasing in online education foundations. For that reason, the issue of quality assurance occurred in Turkey as in other contries. Experience and infrastructure are very important components of online education. Therefore, experts have to think the increment of online education foundations in terms of experience and infrastructure. The questions must be answered by experts of online education if we need quantities, qualities, or quantities and qualities both together.
