Abstract

Lipids from seeds, leaves, and roots of Primula capitellata Boiss. (Primulaceae) were studied for the first time. The composition of volatile compounds and the fatty-acid composition of neutral lipids, glycolipids, and phospholipids from leaves were established. gamma-Linolenic and stearidonic acids and oleic acid methyl ester were identified.
