Özet

Internet connection of Turkey has brought the phenomenon of Internet cafe. Internet Cafes are public commercial places with Internet connections, in which customers can eat and drink while connecting to the Internet as well. Recent studies in Turkey have shown that in terms of their current function and position, Internet Cafes cause a lot of moral and ethical problems. In this respect, several studies suggested developing projects for improving Internet cafes.
