This study, which examines the flexibility and commodification of labour, analyses the election manifestos of political parties to determine the preferences of neoliberal thought on the flexibility of political parties in Türkiye. While the election manifestos of DSP, MHP, ANAP and AK Party emphasise flexibility in employment policies, none of the election manifestos of CHP, which is in the opposition until 2023, emphasise flexibility. On the other hand, while the 2018 election manifesto of the IP supports flexible employment, the election manifestos of the HDP are against flexible employment. In this context, the ruling political parties may consider the global discourses in the neoliberal order and direct their electoral masses in this direction.
