The Associate Degree Program in Culinary Arts at the Faculty of Open Education has been training the human resources needed in the tourism industry’s gastronomy field since 2016. Through core courses in nutrition, hygiene, world cuisines, and gastronomy and media, it prepares students to graduate with the title of “Cooking Professional.” Graduates can find employment opportunities in both public and private food and beverage departments.
