Abstract
Strong stabilization of linear time-invariant neutral time-delay systems is considered. A controller design algorithm based on a nonsmooth optimization approach is proposed. An initialization procedure for the non-convex optimization problem is also presented. Finally, the proposed approach is demonstrated by an example.
