Toplumsalın Dijital Yansıması: Cinsiyetlendirilmiş Teknolojiler ve Eşitsiz Temsiller

Özet

İçinde  yaşadığımız  dönemde  teknolojinin  ve yapay zeka uygulamalarının pek çok alanda yaygın kullanımı  hem  endişe  verici  hem  de  hayatı kolaylaştırıcı  bir  değişimdir.  Bu  noktada teknolojiyi şekillendirenin ne olduğu, teknolojik gelişmelerin  olumlu  ve  olumsuzyansımaları, emek süreçlerine ve çalışma yaşamına etkileri, etik sorumlulukları gibi pek çok alt başlık literatürde önemli  tartışmalardandır.  Tüm  bu  küresel, toplumsal  değişmelerin  toplumsal  cinsiyet tartışmalarına etkisi insansı robotların cinsiyetleri temelinde  bu  çalışmanın  spesifik  tartışma konusunu  oluşturmaktadır.  Geleceğin  önemli alanlarından  olan  dijital  dünyanın  tüketimi, tasarımı  ve  üretimi  noktasında  kadınların konumu önemli bir tartışma alanlarından biridir. Bu noktada bu çalışma dijital alandaki cinsiyet temsillerinin günümüzdeki durumunu toplumsal cinsiyet perspektifinden eleştirel bir analize tabi tutmaktadır.  Sosyal  bilimler  alanında  bu tartışmaların  artırılması  ile  geleceğin  dijital dünyasında  toplumsal  cinsiyet  açısından  daha eşitlikçi birtoplum için farkındalık oluşturulabilir.


The widespread use of technology and artificial intelligence  across  various  fields  is  both transformative  and  concerning  today.  Key discussions in the literature focus on issues such as  what  drives  technological  innovation,  its positive and negative impacts, effects on labor processes   and   work   life,   andethical responsibilities. This study specifically explores how global and societal shifts influence gender discussions, especially in relation to the gendered design of humanoid robots. The role of women in the consumption, design, and production of the digital world—an increasingly vital arena for the future—has become an important topic. This study   critically   analyzes   current   gender representations within the digital realm through a gender  studies  lens.  By  engaging  in  these discussions  within  the  social sciences,  this research seeks to raise awareness for fostering a more gender-equitable digital future
