The impact of 21st-century technology, which is rapidly developing and effective in every field, art practice has gradually increased. While the change in production and consumption models with the still developing digital technologies allows designs, experiences, and ideas to reach millions within minutes, it also leads to the proliferation of alternative and innovative ideas. The advancement of the field of music and instrument making in an innovative and creative direction alongside traditional practices creates a futuristic view in order to adapt to the developing world and technology and to sustain the existence of professions. This study will discuss the impact of virtual and augmented reality applications on instrument technologies in 21st-century music practices, using descriptive research methods through digital concerts and digital instrument samples. These samples will create a perception and provide a perspective about today's technology and the technologies of the future.
