Public spheres are for everybody in the society. Some of these places differ from the others depending on their varying features. To illustrate with, Chandigarh City, designed by Architect Le Corbusier as the first planned city of India, is clearly distinguished form other cities with its "Chandigarh Rock Garden". Initiated by a civil servant named Nek Chand in the early 1950s by placing urban and industrial waste materials in the area without informing the officials, this 18 acres Chandigarh Rock Garden is now regarded as one of the wonders of the world with its several thousands of sculptures, deep valleys and the areas surrounded by paths. This garden is also remarkable in terms of the waste ceramics used extensively in its construction.
