This study deals with Strategic Human Resource Management Approach which is used to obtain competitive advantage from human resources. This approach is critical to aviation industry as competition is intense because of deregulation and globalization. The main aim of this study is to discuss the place and importance of Strategic Human Resource Management by presenting the relationship between strategic human resource management and aviation industry. To reach to these aims, related literature is used.
