Özet

It could be said that the management issues follow the predominant scientific paradigm of the time. The scientific paradigm of the previous century did not acknowledge the wisdom of understanding the world, the systems and the organizations. Only if the organizations are taken as organic beings rather than machines, one can perceive the metaphors and approaches about the organizations.
