Abstract

The acid dissociation constants, pK(a), of twelve biologically active 6-phenyl-4,5-dihydro-3(2H)-pyridazinone derivatives were determined using spectroscopic techniques. Elucidation of the structure-reactivity relationships was attempted from structural considerations based on the acid dissociation constants.
