All rights reserved.A robustness measure that accounts for the uncertainties in a neutral time-delay system is defined. Using this measure, a robust controller design approach, which is based on a nominal model, is proposed. The proposed approach guarantees robust stability once a condition depending on the robustness measure is satisfied. An example is also presented to demonstrate the proposed approach.
