Özet

This study aims at examining the concepts system and process that are the source of information in strategic management as well as strategic management applications that may contribute to business accomplishments. The ways SMSE's make use of strategic management principles and tools while solving their management problems were also dealt with. Finally, the results of a study conducted by KOSGEB in Eskisehir regarding system and process applications by SMSE's were discussed.
