Özet

There are six emergency medical facilities in the city center of Eskisehir and they have an average of 6.5 minute ambulance response time to emergency cases. Reducing ambulance response time increases the probability of survival of patients. For that reason, we consider the problem of determining the number and location of new emergency medical facilities and relocation of existing facilities in Eskisehir to reduce the response time of ambulances. A mathematical model is developed for the problem. Proposed model is solved using Cplex solver of GAMS and obtained results are discussed.
