Özet

In this study, some 3 -alkyl-6-(2-aryl-2-oxo-1-ethyl)-7-oxothiazolo[4,5-d]pyrirnidin-2(3H)-thione derivatives have been synthesized by reacting 3-alkyl-7-oxothiazolo [4,5-d]pyrimidin-2(3H)-thiones with various co-bromoacetophenones. The antibacterial and antifungal activities of the obtained compounds have been investigated and it is reported that some of the compounds showed remarkable antimicrobial activities.
