Abstract

© IFAC.Decentralized controller design problem for linear time-invariant retarded commensurate-time-delay systems is considered. The continuous pole placement algorithm, which has recently been introduced for static state vector feedback controller design for retarded time-delay systems, is first extended to design dynamic output feedback controllers. This algorithm is then used in the proposed decentralized controller design algorithm. An example is also presented to demonstrate the proposed approach.
