Biyografi

Aysel Kaya was born in Eskişehir, Turkey. She graduated BA in Anadolu University, Faculty of Education, Program in German Language Teaching. She received her MBA in Department of Tourism Management, Anadolu University, Social Sciences Institute, in 2007. Her Master Thesis Service Quality in Hotels Serving For Family Tourism: A Study On Turkish and German Families in Antalya. She is working as a lecturer in Anadolu University, Faculty of Tourism in Tour Guiding Department since 2005. Her teaching areas include German courses, German Language for Tourism in this faculty. She worked on Oral History Project on Tourism and Hospitality Industry in Turkey (1923 – 2015). She received her Ph.D. in Tourism and Hotel Management from Anadolu University in 2020. Kaya, is an academic researcher in areas related to tourism,  history of tourism, oral history, tour guiding, travelogues and German language for tourism.
